Democrats, Health Care, Taxes and Economic Destruction – Part 1
Here’s the latest from Washington. Democrats plan to use their Health Care Plan to increase taxes on the rich. They claim that the typical family would be spared higher taxes from the House Democratic plan to overhaul health care, and their low-income neighbors could come out ahead. (Isn’t this a steal from Peter to give to Paul scam?)
Their wealthy counterparts, however, face big tax increases that could eventually hit future generations of taxpayers who are less wealthy.
When Democrats claim they are friends of the people—they lie. They are nothing but wolves in sheep’s clothing. Since they are extreme inflationists, the day will come when $250,000 is equivalent to what $25,000 is today. With their insatiable need to devour capital until none is left, they will eventually cannibalize even the modest wealth the typical family currently possesses. Unfortunately, Republicans don’t seem to possess the backbone or the necessary commitment to free enterprise that would give them the power to stop the thieving, liberty-violating ways of Democrats.
The Marxist philosophy of taxing the rich to increase social gains is faulty reasoning and bad economics. In fact, it is downright disastrous if implemented. Non-thinking people do not realize that rich, well-to-do and upper middle class individuals create jobs by accumulating capital and investing in successful companies—or by creating new business enterprises. You know, it is risky business attempting to satisfy the consumers’ most urgent desires. After all, their whims and desires constantly change. What is popular today, may be passé tomorrow. An individual who decides to embark on entrepreneurship and succeeds at it— is a man or woman of unshakeable courage.
You know what amazes me. The same people who benefit from the activities of entrepreneurs and capitalists—activities that supply them more goods and services less expensively—accept and embrace the anti-capitalistic, capital consuming nonsense of House Democrats.
By the way, while business people attempt to lower prices by supplying more goods and services, the political and financial establishment embarks on hare-brained inflationary schemes that cause over-all prices to soar. Since the creation of the Federal Income Tax and the Federal Reserve System in 1913, the dollar has lost over 95% of its value. Aren’t members of the establishment altruistic, caring people? I think not. I believe I’ll refrain from explaining what they really are. I doubt if I know the amount of necessary cuss words to express how I feel about them.
Those wretched Democrats complain about high unemployment and the shrinking of the economy, then pass anti-capitalistic legislation, hammering another nail in the coffin of economic progress. If they manage to impose their insane Health Care Plan on the hapless taxpayers, unemployment could possibly soar to 30%.
Apparently, the parasites of the political and financial establishment successfully captured and attached themselves to our economy—and we all know what parasites do to their host.
